PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new urethane (meth)acrylate compound, and to provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing the compound, excellent in antistatic properties and properties of retaining them, and also excellent in solvent resistance, adhesion to a substrate, etc. SOLUTION: The compound is obtained by reacting (a1) a polyisocyanate compound, (a2) a (meth)acrylate compound containing a hydroxy group and (a3) an ionic liquid containing active hydrogen.
