摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of rapidly drying an infiltrated material. SOLUTION: The drying device for the infiltrated material infiltrated with a fluid comprises a frame, a first drying air ejecting means and a driving means. The frame has a shaft for rotating the frame around the shaft, a mounting means for mounting the infiltrated material to the shaft side part of the frame located away from the shaft, and a ventilating part for applying drying air moving toward the shaft from the shaft side part of the frame, to the mounted infiltrated material. The first drying air ejecting means is provided outside a rotation body formed by rotating the frame around the shaft, to eject the drying air to the infiltrated material mounted to the frame. The driving means rotates the shaft, and the rotating speed of the shaft of the frame by the driving means is the speed of applying force in a centrifugal direction to a fluid infiltrating into the infiltrated material in a position where the infiltrated material is exposed to the drying air.
