Provided is an exercise plan proposing device for supporting improvements in the values of biological information on the health of a living body, by exercises. The exercise plan proposing device is constituted to comprise exercise plan creating means for calculating the exercise intensity and the exercise time, as needed for achieving an improvement target of the biological information, on the basis of an exercise executing period set and the improvement target, and exercise plan output means for presenting the exercise intensity and the exercise time calculated, to the user. This constitution can propose a more precise and effective exercise plan for achieving the improvement target.
