<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for a speaker that makes the difference between when it is on off conspicuous, and has excellent luminescence properties. <P>SOLUTION: The member for the speaker has a first external layer, an intermediate layer having a punched section in a prescribed shape, and a second external layer. The first and second external layers and the intermediate layer are impregnated with a thermosetting resin.
