PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop the mid-sole material of woman's shoes such as high heels having the function of making stable smooth walking possible, suppressing forward slide in a toe direction and reducing fatigue of the toes, knees and lower back, etc., by making a centroid when it is worn turn from the heel to a grounding surface direction. SOLUTION: In the mid-sole body of the high heels or the like, a bowl-like concave part 1 for mounting the heel is turned to such a shape that the centroid when it is worn turns from the heel to a grounding surface vertical direction, and an arch 2 with an inclination to be raised at the front is provided on the front right and left of the calcaneal bone near the tarsal bones on the right and left close to the front side of the bowl-like concave part 1.
