MEASUREMENT METHOD OF PRESSURE LOSS OF POROUS COLLECTOR, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FUEL CELL USING IT, AND FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method for measuring further substantial pressure loss of a porous collector for a fuel cell; and to manufacture a fuel cell excelling in power generation efficiency by using the measurement method.

SOLUTION: Both plate surfaces of the porous collector W is sandwiched between a pair of flat measurement plates 2 and 3, a measurement gas is supplied to the plate surface central part of the porous collector from the one-side measurement plate 2 side, and a differential pressure P3 between exhaust pressure P2 by the measurement gas exhausted from a side part of the porous collector and supply pressure P1 is measured. Preferably, a measurement plate having a weight corresponding to a stacked member of this fuel cell stacked on the porous collector is used as the measurement plate arranged on the upper surface of the porous collector. The fuel cell is manufactured by selecting the porous collector setting the differential pressure P3 within ±10%.
