<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell stack capable of lightening the stack and ensuring sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: In a solid electrolyte fuel cell stack 1 formed by stacking many solid electrolyte fuel cell cells 2 each equipped with a solid electrolyte element 25 having a fuel electrode 23 coming in contact with fuel gas and an air electrode 27 coming in contact with air, outer edge holding members 4, 5 are installed on the both sides in the stacking direction of the solid electrolyte fuel cell stack 1. Bolts 11-14 and nuts 19, 20 pressing the solid electrolyte fuel cell stack 1 from both sides by fastening the outer edge holding members 4, 5 on both sides are installed. The outer edge holding members 4, 5 are frames pressing only the outer peripheral parts in the stacking direction of the solid electrolyte fuel cell stack 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
