PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventional air blow apparatuses used for drying out disclosed in prior documents, are limited to common utilization of a blower which are configured to employ an exclusively drying out blower for drying out crushed pieces after an object to be treated such as a milk carton is crushed and washed and to utilize air suction and air discharge by the blower. SOLUTION: The air blow apparatus comprises a casing entirely lined with a sound absorber and having an outer air suction port and a discharge port respectively equipped with a filter and in the inside of the casing, an air blow and a motor for operating an impeller of the air blow are installed longitudinally and a suction port of the air blow and the outer air suction port of the casing are opened in mutually opposed directions and a pressure valve is attached.
