PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-time video processing system in which transfer efficiency of data can be improved. SOLUTION: A real-time video processing system 1 comprises: a CG data dividing unit 7 for dividing studio set data that become the material of a studio set image, into transfer data blocks of a fixed block size; a data transfer bus 4 for transferring the transfer data blocks; a plotting data memory 11 for combining the transferred transfer data blocks to be stored as plotting data; a CG plotting unit 12 for plotting the studio set image within one frame using the plotting data; and an idle time detecting unit 13 for detecting an idle time on the basis of a plotting start time and a plotting end time in one frame, wherein the transfer data blocks of an amount that can be transferred within the idle time of a frame are controlled to be transferred to the plotting data memory.
