An apparatus for inspecting an electronic component is provided to finely align the electronic components on the track of a rotating unit by performing three aligning processes. An apparatus for inspecting an electronic component includes a rotation unit, a normal component classifying unit, and plural defective component classifying unit. A first aligning unit(400) aligns the electronic component when the electronic component passes through a path in the first aligning unit. A second aligning unit(500) aligns the electronic component from the first aligning unit at one side of the track on the rotating unit. A third aligning unit(600) aligns the electronic component from the second aligning unit at the other side of the track on the rotation unit.
