A broadcasting system for observing birds is provided to protect the birds and preserve environments by determining a kind of birds based on video data capturing the birds living in a bird observation area and determining a current state of the birds based on detection of the sound of birds captured by a camera. A plurality of cameras(10) capture the video in the bird observation area. A video controller(30) converts a captured video signal into an RF(Radio Frequency) video signal. A video transmission antenna(50) transmits the RF video signal to the outside. A plurality of microphones(20) detect the sound around the cameras. An audio transmission antenna(40) transmits an RF audio signal to the outside. A central device(60) includes an audio reception antenna(70), a video reception antenna(80), and a central manager. The central manager determines a name of the captured birds by analyzing the RF video signal and determines the current state of the captured bird by analyzing the RF audio signal based on the determined name of the captured bird.
