A hook means may have a central coil or ring fixing means 3 which may be an offset loop through which an elastic luggage strap or bungee cord may be passed. Said hook means may slide along said cord. A plurality of hooks 1 and 2 may be provided on the hook. When in use the elastic luggage strap is affixed in a normal manner and the movable hook device is adjusted in position on the cord and suitably affixed using hooks 1 or 2 or both. A plurality of movable hooks may be attached to the luggage cord. |
