A remote control method of a radiotelegraph is provided to enable a master radiotelegraph to remotely control functions and setup of a slave radiotelegraph, thereby offering usage convenience. If a remote control mode of a target radiotelegraph(200) is set, a controller of a master radiotelegraph(100) displays a screen in accordance with the remote control mode on a display(S1). As a user inputs an access control code of the target radiotelegraph(200), the controller stores the inputted code as displaying the code on the display(S3). As the user inputs a remote control item of the target radiotelegraph(200), the controller stores a remote control item code as displaying the code(S5). As the user inputs setup data, the controller stores the data as displaying the data(S7). If the user requests a text message to be transmitted, the controller generates a remote control text message to deliver the message(S9,S11). If the message is received, a controller of the target radiotelegraph(200) extracts data of the message, and detects an access limit code included in the message(S13). If the detected access limit code is the same as a stored access limit code, the controller detects remote control setup data and the remote control item code included in the message(S15). The controller conducts control to perform setup and control corresponding to the remote control setup data and the remote control item code(S17). |
