A fluid tank for a fuel cell is provided to inhibit unreacted methanol gas discharged from a fuel cell from being emitted to the exterior, and to allow discharge of carbon dioxide in a normal state even when the fuel tank is inclined or upset. A fluid tank(100) used in a water controller system for a fuel cell comprises a housing forming an inner space into which liquid components and vapor components are introduced and from which carbon dioxide and air are discharged to the exterior and the liquid components are supplied to a fuel cell stack. The housing has a dual structure formed of a sealed outer casing(210) and a sealed inner casing(220), and water is filled in the gap between both sealed casings. Additionally, at least one gas-liquid separation membrane(211,212) is formed on the outer casing and the inner casing at one side of the housing, and at least one gas-liquid separation membrane(221,222) is formed on the outer casing and the inner casing at the other side of the housing, so that the vapor components in the inner space passes through water between the inner casing and the outer casing when being discharged to the exterior. |
