A binary CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) routing system and a routing method thereof are provided to set binary CDMA routing between binary CDMA communication terminals or between a binary CDMA terminal and an existing CDMA communication terminal, thereby smoothly performing multimedia communication through a binary CDMA communication network. More than one binary communication terminal existing in a previously designated area generates multimedia data, or receives plural multimedia data formed between MSCs(Mobile Switching Centers)(S1,S2). A binary VLR(Visitor Location Register) receives location registration messages from the more than one binary communication terminal to register the current location information(S3,S4). A binary repeater controls input/output of the multimedia data or the current location information, and compares telephone numbers of the binary terminals with telephone numbers stored in the current location information to allow the multimedia data to be inputted/outputted if the compared numbers are the identical(S9-S12). A binary CDMA communication network down count number of automatically designated routing paths to check whether the binary repeater exists in the designated area, and delivers the telephone numbers of the binary terminals to the repeater(S5-S8).
