A cover device of a vehicle is provided to prevent frost from being covered on windows of the vehicle in winter and to blind the windows in summer by winding and spreading a cover automated by a switch. A cover device(1) of a vehicle comprises: a main body(2) with an inner space, a motor fixed to one side portion of the main body, which is rotated and reverse-rotated by a switch, a winding drum(4) equipped with a winding gear engaged with a gear pulley of the motor, which enables a cover(5) to be wound and is attached to an axle of the body, a middle gear engaged with the winding gear and attached to the axle of the body, a moving bar(7) equipped with a moving gear(71) which is engaged with the winding gear and rotated in the same direction as the winding gear, and a guiding bar(8) equipped with a guiding gear engaged with the moving gear, which is attached to the axle of the body.
