The process for the fabrication of injected part made of two thermoplastic materials having different physical characteristics, comprises simultaneously injecting a first and a second thermoplastic material in a mold (14) for constituting an outer skin and an expanded core of the part surrounded by the outer skin respectively. The first material is thermoplastic elastomer material and second material is thermoplastic filling material. The material is injected by distinct injector channels that are independently controlled. The channels are disposed in a manner correspond to a specific zone. The process for the fabrication of injected part made of two thermoplastic materials having different physical characteristics, comprises simultaneously injecting a first and a second thermoplastic material in a mold (14) for constituting an outer skin and an expanded core of the part surrounded by the outer skin respectively. The first material is thermoplastic elastomer material and second material is thermoplastic filling material. The material is injected by distinct injector channels that are independently controlled. The channels are disposed in a manner correspond to a specific zone of the part. The outer skin is made of a first and a second sequence of injection of thermoplastic elastomer material having different physical characteristics. The first sequence is split up into several partial sequences. The outer skin is closed by a third sequence of injection of the first thermoplastic elastomer material continuously or discontinuously.
