The tool has an air motor comprising a rotor (4) that is mounted rotating in a body (6). The rotor is supported on both sides of the body, in front and rear wheels (2, 3). The motor comprises a rotor rotation inversion control and regulation pipe (72) that is provided at a base of a unit (7), where the pipe receives a lever. The pipe has orifices on sides of an annular shoulder. The unit (7) is distinct from the body and mounted concentric with the body. The unit (7) has a ring (71) defining a housing inside which the body is mounted.
