The present invention is directed to preventing an indoor air pollution by purifying a harmful gas produced by an electric welding apparatus. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric welding apparatus having a harmful gas purifier which is capable of preventing an indoor air pollution by purifying a harmful gas in an electric welding apparatus according to the present invention. To achieve the above objects, there is provided an electric welding apparatus having a harmful gas purifier in which a suction pipe having a suction port is installed in a surrounding portion of a heating rod. A filter is provided in the interior of the suction pipe. A blowing fan is installed in a rear end. The blowing fan blows a harmful gas generated when lead is melted at an end of the heating rod, based on a suction force, for thusly purifying the harmful gas using the filter and discharging to the outside. |
