A system for operating an online stock trading website is provided to realize fairness of stock trade and activate the stock trade through demand/supply adjustment by issuing new stocks of a predetermined stock item if stock trading information of the stock item satisfies a new stock issuance condition. An information storing part(605) stores at least one new stock issuance condition information to a storage medium(620). An information checker(610) checks whether the stock trading information of the predetermined stock item satisfies the new stock issuance condition. A new stock issuer(615) issues the new stocks or increases the capital stocks if the stock trading information satisfies the new stock issuance condition. The new stock issuance condition includes more than one of condition information keeping a rise state of a composition stock index for a predetermined period or ratio in comparison with an initial reference index of the reference index just before the issuance of the new stocks, the condition information satisfying that a ratio of a total amount of nominal prices of the issued stocks to total currency exceeds a predetermined ratio, and so on. |
