A system for estimating the performance of a methanol fuel cell is provided to allow the performance of a plurality of fuel cells to be estimated by using a single control part simultaneously and to minimize the consumption of a methanol aqueous solution. A system for estimating the performance of a methanol fuel cell comprises a plurality of fuel cell modules where a methanol fuel cell to be estimated is mounted so as to be detached inside and which comprise a methanol tank(41) accommodating the methanol supplied to the mounted fuel cell and a fuel supply part supplying a methanol aqueous solution of desired concentration from the methanol of the methanol tank to a fuel cell for the generation of electricity by electrochemical reaction at a fuel cell; and a control part(65) which is connected with the each fuel cell module to control the each fuel cell module independently and checks the output generated at the mounted fuel cell for obtaining the performance of the corresponding fuel cell.
