A seasoning having a function of imparting body characterized by containing, as the active ingredient, a glycopeptide which has a molecular weight of form 1,000 to 30,000 and composed of a sugar chain and a peptide bonded together. This seasoning is widely usable in foods and drinks and exerts a strong effect of enhancing the tastes of the foods and drinks, thereby imparting body to, in particular, the first and medium tastes. |
