A sill trolley for carrying two hinged together door panels of a bi-fold door assembly having a sill that extends under door panels from one side of the assembly to the other, the sill having an upper surface over an elongate sill cavity that extends in a direction along the length of the sill and defines internal track surfaces for said trolley within the cavity. The sill trolley is mountable within the cavity, and has sill track weight bearing surfaces for engaging with internal track surfaces of the cavity to guide the trolley for movement along the track. The sill trolley has an upstanding connector that, in use, extends above the upper surface of the sill and provides holding connection with a hinge pin of the two hinged together door panels. The connector positions the hinge pin offset relative to the central longitudinal axis of the sill trolley, whereby the weight of the two door panels is carried by the sill trolley by the weight bearing surfaces thereof wholly on said tracks and within the cavity and below said upper surface. The sill trolley acts to support and guide the door panels along the track as they are opened and closed whilst maintaining holding of said hinge pin laterally offset relative to the central longitudinal axis of said sill trolley.
