PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial seal structure of a connector with an insertion load reduced at the time of inserting of a connector into a housing, and with productivity of attachment improved with sealing performance secured. SOLUTION: The axial seal structure 10 of a connector seals a gap between a shank 6 of a connector 2 for external connection of a driving device and a side wall 11 of a connector insertion hole 5 of a housing 1 with a ring-shape elastic member 4 of a cross-section D shape mounted on an annular groove 13 provided at the shank 6.
