PROCESS FOR PHOSPHATING METAL PARTS

A process for phosphating metal parts is provided, wherein the process is environmentally friendly compared to a conventional process using a solvent-based degreasing agent and can solve an odor problem by using an alkali degreasing agent to degrease the metal parts. A process for phosphating metal parts comprises: a step(S110) of injecting metal parts; a step(S120) of cleaning the injected metal parts with boiling water; a step(S130) of degreasing surfaces of the metal parts that have been cleaned with the boiling water by using an alkali degreasing agent; a step(S140) of washing the degreased metal parts with water; a step(S150) of forming a phosphate film on surfaces of the metal parts that have been washed with water; and steps(S160,S170) of washing, drying and discharging the metal parts having the phosphate film formed thereon.
