<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display which is provided with an optical sensor circuit capable of reading optical signals that are high in S/N and at high speed and has a touch panel function which has little influence of disturbance light and causes little false recognition. <P>SOLUTION: In the image display equipped with a display part where display pixels having thin film transistors are arranged in a matrix shape and a plurality of light detection pixels in the display part, a first light detection element receiving observation light and a second light detection element which does not receive the observation light are electrically connected. In a light detection pixel for outputting potential modulation at the connection point as signal voltage, a blue color filter and a first light detection pixel are overlapped and a green or red color filter and a second light detection pixel are overlapped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
