PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device which can be made compact by effectively using the constitution space of a hole for strap fitting and a holding recessed part for mounting on a cradle. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device, having the fitting hole for fitting a holder holding a case and the holding recessed part for holding the case on the cradle on a surface of the case, has a composite hole where the fitting hole and holding recessed part are formed in one body, at least one step part being formed at a portion of the composite hole part.
