PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblage performance between a connection duct for communicating a unit case with a floor duct, and the floor duct, in an air conditioning unit for a seat. SOLUTION: The air conditioning device comprises: a unit case 30 to house at least a blower; the floor duct 70 opened in an HVAC on one end side, and opened in a floor surface 63 of the car body on the other end side; and the connection duct 75 to communicate an opening part 71 of the floor duct 70 to a suction port 40 formed in the unit case 30. The connection duct 75 is fixed to or temporarily assembled with a member constituting part of a seat rail 60 slidably engaged with a seat 19, and fixed to the floor surface 63.
