PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight and the cost of wheel supporting structure. SOLUTION: A wheel supporting structure 10 comprises a carrier 1 for rotatably supporting a wheel 6, a trailing arm 2 extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle with one end thereof being connected to a vehicle body and the other end being connected to the carrier 1, and rockable in the vertical direction of the vehicle, and a lower arm 3 extending in the width direction of the vehicle with one end thereof being connected to the vehicle body and the other end being connected to the carrier 1, and rockable in the vertical direction of the vehicle. A fork-shaped part 2a branching in the vertical direction of the vehicle is formed on the other end of the trailing arm 2.
