PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic control structure which can absorb great energy. SOLUTION: This seismic control structure comprises: a rectangular frame body 14 which is composed of a pair of horizontal shafts 11 and 12 and a pair of vertical shafts 13; a rotary member 15 which is provided in the frame body 14; four braces 19 and 21 which are each elongated toward the rotary member 15 from a corner part of the frame body 14, the one-side ends of which are each rotatably pivoted on the corner part of the frame body 14, and the other-side ends of which are each rotatably pivoted on the rotary member 15; and a seismic control member 18 interposed between the rotary member 15 and each of the pair of vertical shafts 13.
