It is intended to provide a composition which contains a compound represented by the following general formula (I): wherein R<SUP>1</SUP> represents 5-iodothiophen-2-yl, etc.; and R<SUP>2</SUP> represents 4-dimethylaminophenyl, etc. Because of having a high specificity of binding to amyloid ß-protein, a high blood-brain-barrier permeability and an ability to quickly disappear from parts other than a senile plaque in the brain, the above compound is useful in diagnosing an amyloid-related disease such as Alzheimer's disease.
