A solid state image device is provided to restrain shading caused by a multi interconnection by shifting an interconnection in an image region. A solid state image device includes an image region and a peripheral circuit. A photoelectric transformation part and a pixel having a transistor device are arranged in the image region. An interconnection of the image region shifted based on the quantity of pupil correction and an unshifted interconnection of the peripheral circuit are interconnected by a connection extension part built in one or both of the interconnections. The connection extension part can have a maximumly shifted width or greater with respect to a distance from the center of the image region.
