An apparatus and a method for manufacturing three dimensional goods using sound are provided to manufacture voices as three dimensional objects, thereby overcoming limitations of the voice which is disappeared at once the voice is appeared. An apparatus for manufacturing three dimensional goods using sound includes a voice waveform generating unit(12), a two dimensional image converting unit(14), a three dimensional image converting unit(16), and a three dimensional image manufacturing unit(18). The voice waveform generating unit generates voice waveforms from an inputted voice. The two dimensional image converting unit converts the voice waveforms into two dimensional image files. The three dimensional image converting unit converts the two dimensional image files into three dimensional image files. The three dimensional image manufacturing unit manufactures three dimensional shapes on the basis of the three dimensional image files.
