<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton for powder which can assure a gap for smooth lock and make an engaging piece insertable even if opening and closing performance increases, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A tab piece 11 is provided in a bottom edge portion of a lid portion 3 so as to protrude downwardly. The tab piece 11 keeps an upwardly-protruding engaging piece 12 notched along a horizontal line that connects upper end portions on both the right and left sides of the tab piece. Folded lines for reinforcement are vertically formed in the engaging piece 12. An engaging hole 5 is formed in a position of a carton body opposing to the engaging piece 12 of the lid portion 3 of a box main body 1. A gap is formed behind the engaging hole 5. The upper edge portion 5A of the engaging hole 5 is constituted with the downwardly-protruding locking piece 25. The right and left edge portions of the locking piece 25 are constituted with a cut portion that is cut from the engaging hole 5 so as to extend outwardly. The tab piece 11 is rotated to insert the engaging piece 12 through the engaging hole 5 into the gap formed behind the engaging hole and, thereby keeping the openable and closable lid portion 3 locked at a predetermined position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
