<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite container capable of attaining a thermal insulation effect and a shock damping effect without preparing any raw material such as a special laminated sheet and the like for the composite container through performing one forming step. <P>SOLUTION: A synthetic resin sheet 5 for an outer layer, a partition sheet 6 and a synthetic resin sheet 7 are overlapped to each other and arranged in a forming mold, these three sheets are sucked with a core mold 2, the core mold is inserted into a cavity mold 1 while performing a sucking operation so as to perform a heating and molding operation, thereby the partition sheet 6 is present between an outer layer member 11 of synthetic resin and an inner layer member 12 of synthetic resin.
