PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of photographing photographing-objects required to be photographed without omission without preparing hand-writing memo or the like. SOLUTION: The digital camera is characterized in to include: a first storage means for storing a plurality of sets in a form of photographing patterns each comprising a menu item denoting a photographing object part name and a storage folder name of a photographed image by each photographing object; a second storage means for storing storage file names of the photographed images by each photographing object part in the photographing pattern of each set; a first means that list-displays a plurality of sets of the photographing patterns stored in the first storage means at selection of a photographing mode by the photographing patterns of the plurality of sets and displays the photographing part name in the selected photographing pattern in the list display on a viewer; a second means that stores a photographed image of the displayed photographing part name with the storage file name stored in the second storage means in a folder with the storage folder name corresponding to the photographing pattern; and a third means that transfers the photographed image stored in the folder to an image utilizing apparatus at a transfer destination.
