PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a placing device capable of improving convenience of a user by improving the degree of freedom of a placing operation capable of detecting that an electronic apparatus is placed. SOLUTION: The placing device is provided with a placing surface for placing an electronic apparatus; a pressing movable mechanism protruding from the placing surface, and moving by being pressed and energized by the electronic apparatus to be placed on the placing surface; and a detecting means for detecting the placing of the electronic apparatus in response to the movable state of the pressing movable mechanism. The pressing movable mechanism is pressed and energized by the electronic apparatus to be placed from an angle direction within a predetermined range for the placing surface.
