PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure by which a winding end part of a winding part can be easily fixed to a plate material. SOLUTION: Between the winding end parts 10e and 11e of the winding parts 10 and 11 formed at the peripheral edge parts of the plate materials 6 and 7 forming the frame of a seat cushion and a seat back and the plate materials 6 and 7, an engaging part 20 for engaging the winding end parts 10e and 11e to the plate material 6 and 7 by spring back forces F1, F2 and F3 when molding the winding parts 10 and 11 is provided. Thus, the winding end parts 10e and 11e are fixed without using any other fixing means, the fixing work is simplified, weight reduction is achieved, and costs are reduced.
