A method for manufacturing a multi-layer sheet and a multi-layer sheet produced thereby are provided to form a pattern and an embossment with various colors on a sheet without using a release paper and additional printing processes. A method for manufacturing a multi-layer sheet having a colored TPU layer comprises the steps of: mixing a thermoplastic polyurethane and a pigment, and preparing a resin composition; and extruding the mixture and the resin composition at once via a coextrusion process to form a colored TPU layer and at least one resin layer made of the resin composition. Alternatively, the multi-layer sheet is manufactured by a method comprising the steps of: mixing a thermoplastic polyurethane and a glass bead, mixing a thermoplastic polyurethane and a pigment and optionally preparing a resin composition; and extruding the mixtures and optionally the resin composition at once via a coextrusion process to form a glass bead layer, a colored TPU layer and optionally a resin layer.
