PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously turn the radiation direction of radio waves from a radio communication terminal toward a base station of a communicating party. SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 11 includes: a reference antenna 12 and an auxiliary antenna 15 with directivity; an antenna characteristic data part 23 storing radiation direction data of a synthetic beam from the reference antenna 12 and the auxiliary antenna, for each combination of a phase and an amplitude of a current to flow to a feeding point of the auxiliary antenna 15, in a case where the current flows; a base station data part 20 storing base station position data of each of a plurality of base stations; a GPS part 21 for acquiring current terminal position data of the radio communication terminal 11; and an antenna control part 22 which specifies the direction of the base station of the communicating party based on the base station position data of the base station of the communicating party and the current terminal position data of the radio communication terminal 11 and determines the phase and amplitude of the current to flow to the feeding point of the auxiliary antenna 15 in order to radiate the synthetic beam toward the base station of the communicating party based on the radiation direction data.
