PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize adaptation of an anisotropic bond magnet to a high-performance compact motor with an outer diameter of the magnet of 25 mm or less, to provide an annular curling device of a sheetlike bond magnet with reduced bonding agent for improving magnetic characteristics, and to provide the bond magnet manufactured of the device and a compact permanent magnet motor having the bond magnet mounted. SOLUTION: The curling device of the sheetlike bond magnet having a thermoplastic resin ingredient has a helical groove 3 on an inner periphery of a cylinder. The device mainly comprises a sheetlike bond magnet conveyance outer guide 1 having an initial end of the helical groove 3 at a temperature of softening the thermoplastic resin or higher, and having a terminal end at a temperature of cooling and solidifying the resin or less; and a cylindrical bond magnet conveyance inner guide 2 having a rotary driving mechanism provided in a space inside the sheetlike bond magnet conveyance outer guide.
