A soundproof wall with streetlights using solar energy is provided to minimize cost required for structure modification of system elements by using solar cells. A soundproof wall using solar energy comprises a base plate(2) installed at a construction place in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of posts(3) are vertically installed on the base plate(2) while being spaced apart from each other and has front and rear plates connected through a connection plate. A streetlight(8) has a streetlight column provided with coupling members coupled to the posts(3). A plurality of sound absorption panels are stacked among the posts(3). A plurality of installation frames are fixed to fixed frames installed among the posts(3). A plurality of heat collecting panels are fixed to fixed frames installed among the posts(3) and has solar cells for converting solar energy into electrical energy.
