Closure with hinged lid for bottles and the like with an automatic lid op ening system. The closure comprises an elastic element (7) made from elastom er material that exerts a spring-back force on the lid (3) towards its open position, and anchoring means between the main body (1 ) of the closure and the lid (3). The elastic element (7) has an extendible section (7c) defined between a first joining area (7a) to main body (1 ) and a second joining are a (7b) to lid (3). Main body (1 ) comprises a projection (9) that defines a seating surface (10) positioned externally with respect to hinge joint (4) o f the lid. Extendible section (7c) extends freely opposite seating surface ( 10) and rests on it in the hinged position of lid (3).
