PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a battery pack to the utmost extent while keeping safety and durability for the battery pack. SOLUTION: This battery pack is provided with: a battery body 12 having a component mounting surface 72 in a part of a peripheral surface; an electronic circuit 30 tightly arranged on the component mounting surface 72 of the battery body 12 and capable of regulating a current-carrying state to the battery body 12; a first protective member 16 formed of a synthetic resin material surrounding a limited part of the circumference of the battery body 12 including at least the circumference of the electronic circuit 30; and a second protective member surrounding the circumference of the battery body 12.
