摘要 A preparation method of cookies with ginseng is provided to keep the saponin contained in ginseng and prevent cookie ingredients from getting tangled by mixing the ginseng and side ingredients in a proper ratio and using sugar powder. A preparation method of cookies with ginseng comprises the steps of: washing ginseng and grinding the washed ginseng into 0.01cm and less; mixing 9% of egg, 11% of sugar powder, 36% of flour and 12% of butter to make cookie dough; roasting the grinded ginseng in an oven at 160°C for 5min; adding 20% of the roasted ginseng and 9% of each of side ingredients comprising almond powder, cocoa powder and green tea powder to the cookie dough; forming the dough into a fixed shape; and heating the formed dough in an oven at 160°C.
