<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shield room wherein the rigidity of the wall of the inner box and the wall of the outer box is improved to achieve high sensitivity of magnetoencephalographic measurement. <P>SOLUTION: This magnetic shield room comprises the inner box 14 having an inner box frame 12 for defining magnetically shielded space 11, and a magnetic shield material 13 of a high permeability material covering each side of the inner box frame 12; and the outer box 17 having an outer box frame 15 for surrounding the inner box 14, whose each side is spaced apart by a predetermined distance from each side of the inner box 14, and a magnetic shield material 16 of a high permeability covering each side of the outer box frame 15.
