PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding-type electrolytic capacitor using an electrically conductive high polymer as the cathode material, capable of obtaining good electrical characteristics even after the reflow. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic capacitor, an electrolyte layer consisting of the electrically conductive high polymer is held in a capacitor element formed by winding anode foil and cathode foil between which separators are interposed.
