PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support user's retrieval by presenting only keywords highly relevant to a retrieval keyword inputted by the user. SOLUTION: A relevant keyword extraction means 10 extracts pairs of relevant keywords from instance data as relevant keywords and stores them in a relevant keyword table 80. An instance data retrieval means 50 retrieves instance data including retrieval keywords from an instance database 70 and sends retrieval results to a keyword-classified concurrence determination means 201. A history management means 203 stores the inputted retrieval keyword. The keyword-classified concurrence determination means 201 references relevant keywords extracted from instance data as the retrieval results to take a partner keyword of the retrieval keyword stored in the history management means 203 as an extracted keyword.
