A shredder device, in particular for agricultural machines, comprises a b earing structure (2), able to be stably associated with a drive machine (M) and defining, in cooperation with the ground, a cutting chamber (C), at leas t a rotor (5) rotatable around an axis of rotation (X), assembled on said be aring structure (2) and housed inside said cutting chamber (C), a plurality of blades (6), supported on said at least one rotor (5) and extending away f rom the axis of rotation (X) of said rotor (5) to intercept and shred materi al deposited on the ground. Each of said blades (6) is rigidly constrained a nd in a stable position on said rotor (5). The shredding action is improved thanks to the use of counter-blades (10), assembled in a fixed position on s aid bearing structure (2) and each one operatively associated with a respect ive blade (6) so as to generate a scissor-like shredding action on the mater ial to be shredded.
