<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit unit capable of preventing a coupling part from radiating heat by making its total length, or its surface area large. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit unit 1 is provided with a housing 3, a flat-plate circuit body 2, and a coupling part 5. The housing 3 is formed into a flat cylindrical shape. A connector 7 is insertion-coupled with the housing 3. The flat-plate circuit body 2 is provided with a flat-plate coupling plate part 9 and a plurality of terminal parts 10 coupled with the coupling plate part 9. The coupling part 5 couples long-side edges 9b themselves out of outer edges of the coupling plate part 9, and are extended along a length direction of the coupling plate part 9.
